Want to be ready when 2017 paddling season kicks off? You might want to do those exercises on top of you daily Youtube video watching 😉 !
If you let your body go down during the winter, it will take you a lot of time to get back to where you were at the end of last season. If you keep it up all winter, you will start in 2017 again close to where you were in 2016, and you will be able to stack up each season progression and actually improve over the years!
On top of regular fitness exercise that never hurt, like some weight lifting and some running, those specific canoe and kayak exercises will help you to work on strength needed for paddling sports, as well as balance and coordination.
