How to Train for Kayaking || REI

Dr. Sam and REI join forces to help you train to paddle your best. Get stronger, prevent injury, and tune up your kayaking engine. The exercises Dr. Sam shows in this video increase strength, endurance and balance in the upper leg, hip, abdomen, and back. Some of the exercises also mimic motions you use for certain kayak strokes.
