« Flexibility is key for all athletes and paddlers. For sea kayakers, having tight hamstrings and hip flexors, or stiffness in the lower back affects more than your comfort, it negatively impacts posture. A strong, tall posture is the foundation for control in sea kayaks.
If you want to progress your skills, introduce pre-paddle stretching or recovery yoga into your routine and see how it improves your posture and paddling.«
